I had high hopes for this hotel, being an airport choice, but it fell short in several areas. While the onsite restaurant offered a unique dining experience with tasty Thai food, the overall stay was marred by staff issues and room conditions. The room was okay for a night, but it had its downsides, and I was disappointed with the lack of nearby amenities.

The room was decent but had a stale smell and is in desperate need of a renovation. The AC was noisy, which made for a less-than-ideal sleep.

Service at the front desk was lackluster and not reassuring, especially when it came to arrangements for the shuttle. The attitude of one of the shuttle drivers was particularly unfriendly, which soured the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is a plus, but don't expect any shops or stores nearby for last-minute needs.
